The dual rear-wheel chassis provides a sturdy platform that can manage heavier body payloads ranging from 6,077–6,807 lbs. And enhanced traction on the rear wheels means better acceleration while the front wheels provide responsive steering control. The NPR comes standard with a GM 6.6L V8 L8T gasoline engine that meets published federal emissions standards through the 2026 model year and generates 350 hp and 425 lb.-ft. of torque. Paired with a standard GM 6L90 six-speed automatic transmission, the NPR powertrain has been engineered to achieve optimal performance and economy.
