Do you service all makes and models?

Yes. Our dealerships are staffed by factory-trained, ASE-certified technicians qualified to work on light-, medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles of all makes and models.

Do you offer after-hours service?

Yes. Rush Truck Centers offers extended hours and weekend service at select locations. Contact your nearest location for current hours and service availability.

Do you offer roadside assistance?

What is Xpress Service?

Our Xpress Service program offers same-day diagnostics and repair estimates, preventive maintenance and DOT inspections, brake system inspections and service, and alignment services.

What is the difference between your preventive maintenance inspection packages?

At Rush Truck Centers, we offer three preventive maintenance packages, each with a different level of inspection and a thorough review of critical vehicle components.

Our Quick Lube PM package includes a 46-point inspection, an oil change, chassis lubrication and fuel filter replacement. The A Service PM package includes an 87-point inspection as well as a radiator/surge tank cap pressure test. The comprehensive B Service PM package consists of a 105-point inspection, DOT inspection, water filter replacement, cooling system pressure test and coolant test.

What services are available with a maintenance plan?

We offer three customizable maintenance plans to help you minimize unexpected breakdowns, simplify repairs and manage your ongoing expenses.

DIY Plan: Includes a set of high-quality OEM parts for do-it-yourself maintenance.
PM-Only Plan: Includes essential maintenance services such as oil changes, DOT inspections and filter replacements.
Full-Service Plan: Includes all services available in our PM-Only Plan, plus additional factory-recommended maintenance and repair services.

Does my vehicle have to be purchased from Rush Truck Centers to qualify for a maintenance plan?

No, whether your truck was purchased from Rush Truck Centers or is part of your existing fleet, we can work with you to customize a maintenance plan that includes the services you need.

What is Service Connect?

Service Connect is Rush Truck Centers' online service communication system. It provides a 360-degree view of your vehicle’s service status and history, along with a live chat portal that connects you directly to our service agents.
