Service Connect is accessible via desktop, tablet or mobile device, so you can schedule service, check repair status and document all aspects of the service process in your office, at home or on the go.

TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION.

Through the Service Connect portal, you can communicate directly with our team in the shop to request service, review and approve repair orders, ask questions and provide feedback instantly.  You can also send and receive attachments, including estimates, purchase orders, forms and photos, all to increase the efficiency of your repair.

INTEGRATIONS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

Service Connect integrates with Decisiv® and Navistar OnCommand Repair Advocate so you can access your service information in whichever way is most convenient for you.  We also have an application programming interface (API) so you can easily access the data through your own fleet management system.
