The Blue Arc Class 4 Walk-In Van is produced at the company’s manufacturing facility in Charlotte, Michigan.

Walk-in vans (also known as step vans or multi-stop trucks) are designed for applications that require frequent stops. Their low, step-up entry doors make it easy for drivers to quickly enter or exit, while the spacious, unobstructed cargo area can be directly accessed from the cab for enhanced efficiency and convenience.

The Class 4 Walk-In Van is built on Blue Arc’s proprietary EV chassis that’s specially designed for last-mile delivery, utility work, recreation and mass transit applications.

The Blue Arc Class 4 walk-in van has an EPA-estimated range of approximately 200 miles on a single charge. The Class 4 features a 158-kWh lithium-ion battery that is capable of reaching a full charge in 2 to 6 hours.

The Blue Arc Class 4 is available in three different configurations, allowing customers to choose the right-sized vehicle for their needs.
- BA4 800: 14’ Body Length, 740 cu. ft. of cargo space
- BA4 900: 16’ Body Length, 850 cu. ft. of cargo space
- BA4 1000: 18’ Body Length, 960 cu. ft. of cargo space
