Description

This Class 7 standard model 7120S Fuel/Lube Truck Bed is mounted on a 2025 Peterbilt 537 chassis with a 33,000 GVWR, built for durability, performance, and ease of operation in demanding service applications. The fuel/lube body offers 1,000 gallons (3,785.41 L) of fuel capacity, 300 gallons (1,135.62 L) of fresh oil capacity, and 120 gallons (454.25 L) of used oil capacity, available in a variety of tank configurations. All oil tanks utilize the Sage Oil Vac exclusive pressure and vacuum system, providing improved vacuum performance and efficient fluid handling. The lube body is powered by a Vanair PowerFlex AH standalone compressor, eliminating the need to keep the truck running during service operations. This reduces engine wear and tear, improves efficiency, and lowers overall operating costs. Designed with the operator in mind, the body includes redesigned storage for improved organization, individual control panels located in the reel cabinet for ease of use, continuous LED fluid level monitors for clear and accurate readings, and a bulk fill station with a tank fill indicator light for fast and accurate filling of oil and coolant. Power is provided by a Cummins 9-liter engine rated at 300 horsepower and 860 lb-ft of torque, paired with an Allison 3000 automatic transmission. The chassis is equipped with a 12,000 lb front axle and a 21,000 lb rear air suspension, delivering a smooth and stable ride. Additional features include all-aluminum wheels and bumper, as well as heated rearview mirrors, making this unit well-suited for year-round operation.
