The Micro Bird T-Series Multi-Function School Activity Bus (MFSAB) combines the safety, durability and efficiency of the T-Series platform with the flexibility organizations need for transportation beyond traditional school routes. Purpose-built on a Ford Transit chassis, the Type A T-Series MFSAB offers seating for up to 25 passengers and flexible configurations for field trips, sports programs, community transportation and other activities.

Designed for exceptional driver visibility, the T-Series MFSAB features Micro Bird's More-View^™ panoramic window design, a fully glazed entrance door and a standard 24-inch electric double-opening door. Full-length, heavy-gauge steel side-impact barriers provide additional protection, while ADA-compliant wheelchair lifts from Braun and Ricon, Micro Bird-exclusive dual lift doors and securement anchorage options support passengers with mobility needs.

The T-Series MFSAB offers two 3.5L Ford gas engine options paired with a 10-speed automatic overdrive transmission with SelectShift. Its aerodynamic oval body and easily accessible engine, wiring and electrical compartments are designed to support fuel efficiency, simplify maintenance and help lower operating costs.

Micro Bird MFSABs meet all FMVSS requirements for school buses except those requiring school bus traffic control devices, including flashing lights and stop arms.
