The fourth annual Bus Training Expo will be June 18–19 at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale, Arkansas. We’ve partnered with Northwest Arkansas Student Transportation Association and Dawson Education Services Cooperative to bring you two days of training classes, industry updates and fun for directors, technicians, and everyone in between.

We’ve gathered experts from around the country to help you and your district stay up to date on the latest news, available systems and service certifications needed to keep your pupil transportation running smoothly. Seating will be limited for each class. Review the class schedule to help make your selections.

We’re offering a 609 AC Certification class and a Drum and Disc Brake Certification class. Each is a two-part class that overlaps other offerings. Refer to the class schedule for help registering for the classes you need.
Completion certificates will be available upon completion.

Expo Hall Details and Important Dates

Booth setup begins June 17 at 2:00 p.m. After-hours setup can be arranged by contacting Jackie Bell at BellJ2@RushEnterprises.com or 479-970-2270.
Booth breakdown will begin June 19 at 5:00 p.m. All items will need to be removed from the floor by 8:00 p.m. Overnight storage for pickup on June 20 can be arranged for an additional charge.

The Expo Hall will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 18th and 19th and booths must always be manned.

Additional show services (internet, electricity, décor, etc.) can be purchased directly through the hotel. Complete the Vendor Order Form and submit it to haley.dooley@atriumhospitality.com no later than June 9.
Important Sponsor Information

- Each sponsor receives a 10' x 10' booth space
- Booths are separated with pipe and drape
- Each booth includes a standard 8’ table and two chairs. No additional décor is provided.
- You may expand your booth space or add additional guests for an additional fee. Please contact Jackie Bell at BellJ2@RushEnterprises.com for further details.

- All shipments must be scheduled to arrive within two days of group arrival to hotel or convention center. Shipments cannot arrive prior to June 15.
