UPLOAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By clicking the “Accept” button below, you acknowledge that have you have read and understood and agree to these Upload Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept the Terms on behalf of the entity you represent (“Supplier”).

Supplier grants to Rush Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Rush”) a worldwide, non-exclusive, assignable, fully paid-up, royalty-free license (with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses) to host, transfer, display, publicly perform, reproduce, distribute (separately or in combination with Rush-provided data and information), and exploit the data, images and other information uploaded to Rush’s website or otherwise provided to Rush (“Supplier Content”), in any media formats and through any media channels, in order to advertise, market, promote and distribute the Supplier Content in connection with Supplier’s products and products and services offered or to be offered by Rush.

Supplier represents and warrants that it is the creator and owner of or has the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases and permissions to use and to authorize Rush to use the Supplier Content in the manner permitted herein.
