Recognized as Work Truck's 2025 Medium-Duty Truck of the Year, the Isuzu NRR diesel truck stands out as a class leader in strength, durability and versatile payload capability. Its low-cab-forward design enhances forward visibility while maximizing cargo space, supporting body lengths up to 24' on the NRR and up to 22' on the NRR De-Rate. Standard cab models seat up to three passengers and offer six wheelbase options ranging from 109" to 212", while the NRR De-Rate provides wheelbases from 109" to 200". Crew cab configurations accommodate up to seven passengers on 150" or 176" wheelbases. For 2026, the NRR features updated cab enhancements, including improved aerodynamics, standard LED lighting, a three-zone front fascia and a redesigned instrument panel, delivering a more modern and refined driving experience.

Built for demanding vocational use, the NRR offers a GVWR of 19,500 lbs., while the NRR De-Rate provides a GVWR of 17,950 lbs. A dual rear-wheel chassis delivers a strong, stable platform with body payload capacities ranging from 12,209–12,970 lbs. on the NRR and 10,659–11,420 lbs. on the De-Rate. A 30-gallon in-frame stainless steel fuel tank extends driving range and supports auxiliary equipment needs. Power comes from an Isuzu 5.2L 4HK1-TC diesel engine paired with an Aisin A465id 6-speed automatic transmission, producing 215 hp and 452 lb.-ft. of torque for a dependable balance of power, efficiency and long-term durability.
