Our foremost priority is always the health and safety of our customers, employees, business partners and communities including those who might visit our locations. We are closely monitoring CDC and WHO news surrounding COVID-19 and taking precautions to help keep us all safe. We are also following CDC guidelines for limiting exposure to COVID-19, and we are communicating their recommended practices to our employees, including but not limited to adhering to hygiene guidelines and practicing social distancing. In addition, we have enhanced the frequency and thoroughness of cleaning at our facilities. We are also requiring employees to stay at home if they are experiencing any symptoms or caring for someone who is sick. With your health and well-being in mind, we have restricted business travel and have asked our representatives to reach out to you by phone rather than in person to ensure we are meeting your support requirements.   

Our dealerships around the country are committed to supporting your needs during this time while prioritizing a healthy and safe environment for our employees, customers and communities. We continue to make truck deliveries and have inventory of work-ready vehicles in stock. We are expediting parts deliveries and providing curbside services for parts pickup at our locations. Our RushCare RapidParts call centers and service concierge teams are staffed, and our online ordering platform Parts Connect ( can be used to place direct, online parts orders. In addition, we have more than 2,400 service bays and 500 mobile service units across the country, all staffed with factory-trained and certified technicians ready to support maintenance and repair needs for your vehicles. And you can continue to stay in contact with us regarding your service needs through our Service Connect online platform (
